The construction of 49 unique and exclusive housings continues. The project, which will be carried out in 3 phases, advances properly, and the second phase has already started.

As indicated in the first phase, the excavation and the ground structures have been completed through a screen of micropiles. In detail:

• In the A zone, the first phase has been completed, and the second phase wood structure) has started.
• In the D zone, the foundation is being finished, and the formwork of the first floor structure of the basement is being made.
• In the C and B zone, the drainage valve and the flowable fill have been extended.
